Easy rental process. Location was ideal for everything to do in Myrtle Beach. No problems and a quite enjoyable week stay!
The community was great. Pool was awesome and never crowded. Rented a golf cart to take to the beach
The house was close to the pool. I liked having parking under the house. The kitchen is small and the oven takes a long time to bake. Cabinets need to be cleaned out . Overall the house is dated and needs a deep cleaning, curtains and all. We were not able to get in until 4:30 which was very disappointing because we got there early and went to get our groceries thinking we could get in at 3. We rented a golf cart after seeing how far the walk was to the beach with a toddler. Probably would not rent again. Location to restaurants and shopping was great.

When we arrived at Beach vacations River Oaks Dr condo 14 I the air conditioning was broken, we had to call Demetrius who was the manager of the condo he called maintenance it took approximately 4 hours to fix, the rugs were filthy, they were never vacuumed, there was Grease and crumbs all over the counter and stove top, it took me two hours to clean the condo on my first day of vacation, let's not talk about a screw that was sticking up about a half an inch on the floor and my husband cut his foot opened and he bled for 2 days, maintenance came that night at 11 p.m. to fix it, although that was my first day they did come immediately to fix the problems, I also have to call the owner of the condo about the filthy filthy rugs I sent him pictures to show him that his cleaning crew was not cleaning properly the owner of the condo told me he hasn't been there in 10 years, the air conditioning filter was a quarter inch thick with dust my granddaughter and my husband sneezed from the moment we got there till the day three days later they fixed the air conditioning filter. After all said and done, the owner of the condo text me and said he was reimbursing me $180 and hopefully that would take the bad taste out of my mouth. I will never rent a condo from them again. Beware !
I am so sorry that Rose Marie found my condo in such a state. As she mentioned the staff did take care of the problems and I reimbursed her for her troubles. I use a management company who manages 100 of the condos in the complex. I guess she misunderstood. I said I have worked with this management company for the last 10 years and have had only 2 other complaints about the cleanliness of the condo. They also did come right out to address her concerns. While I agree that it is unacceptable service by my cleaning company, they did do there best to fix it for her. She contacted me on day 2 of her stay and I was in contact with her to make sure it was taken care of.
For our third year it's always good to be back in that condo, quiet and relaxing.

Always a blast at waterway village
3rd time staying at waterway village and 2nd time staying in rorys condo. Quiet with a great view of the golf course.

The whole complex was very nice and convenient. Very close to the restaurants and shopping. The actually property was very nice and well kept. Had all the amenities that were listed. Definitely would stay here again...
