We had a great family vacation.

Was looking for somewhere with a great pool and common area for a girl’s trip and this place over-delivered. Can’t say enough good things about the property. Leonard and the other property managers were incredibly responsive and accommodating with the check-in process and any questions we had. Location was great. Ubers everywhere were under $12. Can’t wait to come back

Our recent stay was wonderful. There was plenty of space for each of us in our group. The home was very well maintained and the host, Leonard, was very responsive to all questions. The back yard area was perfect and we spent most days enjoying the pool, spa and seating area. We look forward to booking in the future for our next girlfriend getaway! Highly recommended!

Leonard's home is situated in a beautiful and very quiet community. We enjoyed many early runs in the area and enjoyed being so close to grocery stores and the downtown area. The house was a perfect size for two families (9 people, including children) to share without ever feeling that we were stepping on each others' toes. We spent a great deal of time in the backyard and pool and enjoyed barbequeing many of our dinners. The house is decorated with a great variety of art work and has comfortable and stylish furnishings. We had a fantastic week here and would highly recommend this home. We hope we can return one day.

This home sits in a neighborhood of mid-century classics built in the 1950's, but has been extensively modernized inside. The backyard is gorgeous with lots of comfortable seating, in the sun or under shade, and a large pool. Inside is also spacious, plenty of places to sit and converse and room to watch TV without intruding on others.

There are three bathrooms, but their locations are not ideal. There is only one hall bath; the others are ensuite, so there can be some difficulty accessing them at night.

The host is readily available with a phone call and will deal with problems promptly.

A few minor criticisms - Kleenex only in the master bath, no foil or cling wrap in kitchen (since rectified) and a complicated zonal heating system. I advise any future tenants to listen to and follow instructions carefully.

I would definitely recommend this home.
