The owner Juan sent the keys in advance with detailed instructions on how to reach the property, which was spot on.
The large 2 bed apartment is in a fabulous location, one of the best in Playa Flamenca. We had a car but you don’t actually need one, everything you need is short walk away. The beach is 10min walk and is fabulous, with great coffee shops, restaurants and a fab charity shop!
In the other direction, 10 min walk away is the Mall with all the restaurants bars and shops (inc more charity shops!) AND a massive supermarket is literally 2 mins.
The apartment had everything you could need, inc sunloungers, sun chairs and sun umbrellas, should you want to explore other, wilder beaches.
The main bedroom has a full pool view and the second bedroom has a side pool view. The pool area was FANTASTIC, we very often had it to ourselves. Very clean with showers.
The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of wardrobe space with dozens of coat hangers!!
There was also cleaning materials ie washing up liquid, washing powder, dishcloths etc which was great as you normally have to buy these when renting an apartment. It was the same with the cooking essentials ie salt, sugar, olive oil etc... even ground coffee for the coffee machine.
The owner is very informative and helpful - anything you need to know, ask Juan. He replies within minutes to your messages. Also, the WiFi was brilliant, quicker than at home, which is rare.
As we were there for 2 weeks, halfway through the holiday we had explored the area for 2 nights. We went up to Guardamar and Santa Polo which was quite a nice area but couldn’t wait to get ‘home’
100% definitely recommend. Can’t wait to go back.
Ideal para descansar
El apartamento está muy bien en relación calidad precio. Si lo que se quiere es playa, piscina y descanso con compras fáciles y sin necesidad de coger el coche, es perfecto. La zona no es nada bonita, pero estás cerca de todo y es tranquila. Yo lo recomiendo, con niños ideal. Urbanización cerrada y la piscina pegada al porche.
Muy buena relación con esta familia, un contacto muy fluido en todo momento, antes, durante y después de la estancia; han pagado puntualmente. Han cuidado perfectamente el apartamento, han preguntado lo que han considerado necesario durante la estancia, sin crear molestia alguna. Han dejado el apartamento totalmente limpio y ordenado, se han atenido a los horarios de entrada y de salida; en fin, una bendición de alquiler. Sin dudarlo, decir sí si contactan solicitando una estancia,
A lovely visit!
The apartament was basic but perfect for our family. The apartament were good equiped, even with some toys.
The garden was well mentained with a lovely pool that we used for hours every day. And the neighbors were friendly and helpful.
The Mercadona was just outside the recidential wich was a big plus.
The only down side was the area by the sea. Few resturants and it was difficult to take a walk by the sea.
A big plus was the owner of the apartament that was very helpful and available all the time!
We hade a lovley stay!

Proprietaire très a l,écoute ses explications et plan de la résidence très claires.petit soucis très rapidement résolu.
Autre point fort pour ceux venant de loin nous partons avec les clefs en main.(pour venant de loin)
Petit sujection un lave vaisselle serait un plus.

Nice apartment in a nice area
The apartment had what we needed for a good vacation. The owner is very helpful and is answering questions quick. We would like to come back som other time.
A very good customer, indeed: very easy to communicate, very easy to understand, absolutely respectful with the object, every time we've contacted the question was clear, the answer was satisfactory. Please, Mister/Miss Owner, no doubt to rent her.

The apartment was on the whole clean with the exception of the utility room which was very dusty, open to the air and covered in pigeon feathers, it being situated underneath their roosting position (not the fault of the owner). The kitchen was dated and required a makeover. The lounge furniture also was dated. The washing machine was old . For me the apartment needs Air Con, fine in the day but very hot and humid overnight. Finally the lawn watering system came on at 0315 every morning and it was very noisy, meaning the windows had to be left closed until it had finished it's spraying some 20 minutes later, after that the windows could be opened to allow some air in. The pools were great as was the whole layout of the complex. The pathways were laid with stones that need to be relaid and grouted as they constituted a serious trip hazard. The landlord Juan seemed a very nice man and we were impressed with the details he gave us re the complex,area and local facilities, as we were with the letting agreement. We did however have a good time meeting up with old friends we got to know over the years and of course the sunshine.
