David and Inma were wonderful hosts. Inma met us at check-in and explained apartment and gave us helpful recommendations about the area. When later we discovered we had no hot water, David arrived within 30 minutes. He discovered the gas was off on the heater. He restarted the hot water heater and we had no further problems with it. The apartment was quite roomy with 2 full bathrooms. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for lovely place to stay in Seville.

Das Apartment hat eine zentrale Lage in der Stadt. Man kann von dort alles zu Fuß aus unternehmen und die meisten Sehenswertigkeiten erreichen. Parkplätze gibt es sowieso nicht. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 4 Personen. Das Schlafzimmer liegt zur Straße und man hat die typische normale spanische Lautstärke. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief sehr gut. Schnelle Reaktion auf kleine Repartur.

Located in a residential neighborhood a block from the river this apartment provides local flavor while being close to all the sights. The Cathedral is an easy 20 minute walk through historic neighborhoods, Triana neighborhood is even closer as is the Metropol Parasol and the Alamade de Hercules.

There are local restaurants a few blocks away on Calle Alfonso XII and a small but well stocked grocery store around the corner with a full deli, fish, meat and fresh bread.

We found this apartment to be very comfortable for a four night stay.

We loved the place, the sitting area was nice to all sit around and talk, the location gave us good access to the city. Quiet neighborhood.

One of the showerheads was inoperative there was no way to light the gas stove. We ended up lighting a paper towel from the water heater to light the stove.

L'accueil laisse à désirer, nous sommes rester 45 minutes sur le trottoir étroit d'une rue très passagère à attendre qu'une personne vienne nous ouvrir.

Cet appartement présente l'intérêt d'être situé à 10 minutes à pied du musée des beaux arts et 20 minutes du centre historique.
